Survey Levels

We offer Level 2 and Level 3 surveys. We will advise you on the most suitable level based on your property's characteristics when we provide your quote.

Level 2 — Home Survey

Suitable for: Conventional properties built after 1900 that are in reasonable condition and of standard construction. Ideal for buyers who want a clear, concise assessment of the property's condition.
