Do you require a boundary to be determined and a Plan produced. Boundaries can change over time and it is very easy for disputes to arise as boundaries change; having a boundary assessment undertaken can usually determine legal boundaries especially where disputes have arisen.

Production of Land Registry Compliant Plans for submitting as part of a change to the title plan for properties.

Sometimes there are pockets of land that are registered and legally are not within ownership of any property. Sometimes this is through error when submitting the original plan or sometimes this is in relation to a change in the boundaries of a property over a time. We can undertake investigations and produce plans to determine legal boundaries and identify areas of unregistered land
